One doctor said Valdo was dangerous, but the doctors did not tell the family. Valdo's brother wrote a list of scary messages from Valdo. He gave this list to the doctors, but the doctors did nothing. His mother said she had to watch him alone because the doctors did not help. On the day of the attacks, Valdo sent a message to his brother. His mother thought he wanted to kill himself. She was very tired because she had no help for three years.
