The Akhal-Teke horse is very special. It has shiny hair and lives in dry places. The government owns most of these horses. The horse is on the national coat of arms.

The leaders of the country love these horses. The former president wrote books and music about them. There is a big golden statue of the former president and a horse.

The government gives these horses to leaders from other countries. However, the country is very closed. People cannot speak against the government and foreign news cannot enter.
