📍 The 'Who does What' Pattern

In this story, we see a simple pattern: Person/Group \rightarrow Action \rightarrow Place/Thing.

Look at these examples:

  • USA \rightarrow sends \rightarrow migrants
  • Lawyers \rightarrow wrote \rightarrow to a group
  • People \rightarrow arrived \rightarrow in Congo

💡 Easy Tip for A2: To make a basic English sentence, always put the 'doer' first, then the 'action'.

Comparing Now vs. Then:

  • Now (Present): The USA sends people. (This happens regularly).
  • Then (Past): 15 people arrived. (This already happened).

Word Swap: If you want to change the person, the action stays the same:

  • The USA sends \rightarrow The government sends
  • Lawyers fight \rightarrow Students fight
