Introduction
The USA and Iran want peace. But they cannot agree because of some frozen money.

Main Body
Iran has 24 billion dollars in the USA. Iran wants this money back now. They say the USA must give the money to show trust.

The USA does not want to give the money back yet. The USA wants to use this money to help other countries. These countries had problems during the war.
