Introduction

Doctors from Argentina and the USA are working together. They want to find where a virus started on a ship called MV Hondius.

Main Body

Thirteen people got sick and three people died. The virus is called Andes hantavirus. This virus is special because it can move from one person to another person in small rooms.

Doctors think a couple from the Netherlands brought the virus. The couple traveled in Argentina and Chile. They probably touched dirty things from sick mice.

Now, doctors are looking for the virus in a place called Mendoza. They are taking blood from dead mice. They will test the blood in a lab in Buenos Aires.

Conclusion

The doctors are still working. They are waiting for the test results from the mice.
