🕵️ Focus: 'Action' Words (Past Tense)

In this story, everything happened in the past. To talk about things that are finished, we usually add -ed to the word.

Look at these changes:

  • Lie → Lied
  • Force → Forced
  • Trick → Tricked

⚠️ The 'Rule Breakers'

Some words are stubborn. They do not use -ed. You must memorize these special shapes:

  • Steal becomes → Stole
  • Take becomes → Took
  • Find becomes → Found
  • Kill becomes → Killed (This one follows the rule!)
