Nepal's Foreign Minister, Shisir Khanal, wants Nepal and India to be friends. He wants to focus on building things and helping people.

Nepal and India have problems with their borders. Some leaders were angry. Now, Nepal says they do not need other countries to help. They only want old British papers to find the true border. They want to talk only to India.
