🌍 Moving People & Places

Look at how we describe people changing their location or team in the text:

  • Moving to \rightarrow used for the general action of changing (e.g., Players are moving to new teams).

The 'Before' and 'Now' Shift

To reach A2, you must show the difference between the past and the present. See this pattern:

  1. Past: She played for Ottawa before. (Action finished)
  2. Present: Now she plays with Brianne. (Action happening currently)

Quick Tip: Use "Now" to switch your sentence from the past to the present. It is the easiest way to tell a story about a change.
