Introduction

Many Western countries want to punish people and companies. These people build houses in the West Bank and use violence.

Israel wants to build 3,000 new homes. Other countries say this is bad. They say it stops Palestinians from having their own country. Nine countries warn companies not to help Israel build these homes.
