Introduction

President Xi Jinping of China will visit North Korea. North Korea says it will keep its nuclear weapons.

Main Body

President Xi is visiting North Korea for the first time in seven years. North Korea is now friends with Russia. They give Russia weapons for money and technology. Now, North Korea wants help from China too.

習主席是七年來首次訪問北韓。北韓目前與俄羅斯關係友好。他們以武器換取俄羅斯的資金與技術。現在,北韓也希望得到中國的幫助。

North Korea says it will not stop making nuclear weapons. A top official said the U.S. is wrong about this. Leader Kim Jong-un visited a new factory. He wants to make more missiles in the next five years.

China wants to be a strong friend to North Korea again. China might accept the nuclear weapons. In return, China wants to use North Korean water and rivers for ships.
