澳洲與印度的房價

Introduction

People in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Bengaluru are now more careful when they buy houses.

現在布里斯本、墨爾本、雪梨和班加羅爾的人在買房時變得更加謹慎。

Main Body

In Australia, fewer people buy houses at auctions. In Brisbane and Sydney, buyers do not want to pay too much money. They only buy houses in good areas.

在澳洲,透過拍賣買房的人減少了。在布里斯本和雪梨,買家不願支付過高價格,他們僅購買地段優良的房屋。

In Melbourne, some houses sell for a high price. But other houses sell for a low price. This happens because taxes are changing and investors are selling their homes.

在墨爾本,部分房屋以高價出售,但其他房屋則價格較低。這是因為稅制變更以及投資者正在出售他們的房產。

In Bengaluru, India, some people are worried. One family said their apartment lost money. Now, people are talking about whether buying a home is a good way to make money.

在印度的班加羅爾,部分人士感到擔憂。有一個家庭表示他們的公寓虧損了。現在人們正在討論買房是否仍是一個獲利的好方法。

Conclusion

Buyers are now very careful. They only buy houses that are useful and in the right place.

買家現在非常謹慎,他們僅購買實用且地段正確的房屋。

🚩 The 'Change' Pattern

In this story, things are not the same as before. To describe a change in a simple way, we use words like "now" and "now more."

Look at these examples from the text:

  • People... are now more careful.
  • Buyers are now very careful.

How it works: When you want to say something is different today compared to yesterday, put "now" before the description.

Simple Swap → Try this:

  • I am tired \rightarrow I am now tired.
  • The house is expensive \rightarrow The house is now more expensive.

🏠 Words for 'Where' and 'What'

To reach A2, you need to describe things clearly. Notice how the writer uses simple pairs:

  1. Good areas (The place is nice)
  2. High price (Costs a lot of money)
  3. Low price (Costs a little money)
  4. Right place (The perfect location)

Quick Tip: Use [Adjective] + [Noun] to give a fast description.
