The 'Back' Pattern
In this story, we see the word back used to show someone is returning to a place or a job.
- Sudan Gurung is back in his job.
- Sudan Gurung is back at work.
How to use it: Instead of saying "He returned to his position," a beginner can simply say [Person] + is + back. It is the easiest way to describe a return.
Comparing Now vs. Before
Look at how the text describes change using simple numbers:
Now eighteen ministries Before twenty-five ministries
To reach A2, stop using complex words like "previously." Use Before for the past and Now for the present. It is clear and fast.
