The First Lady and the Treasury Department have a new plan. They want to give money to children in foster care in the USA.

The program is called Fostering the Future Accounts. Many children in foster care have no money. This program helps them save money for the future.

Children born between 2025 and 2028 get $1,000 from the government. This money helps them buy a home or go to school later.
