Vocabulary Learning
The Power of "DO NOT"
In this story, we see a pattern for saying someone cannot do something or lacks something.
The Pattern:
Person + do not / does not + verb
Examples from the text:
- Students do not have results.
- Pranshu does not have a school.
- The board did not answer.
Quick Guide for A2:
- Use do not for many people (They/Students).
- Use does not for one person (He/Pranshu).
- Use did not for the past (It happened before).
Why this matters: To reach A2, you must stop saying "He no have" and start using "He does not have." It changes your English from basic to clear.
