Introduction

Ukraine is attacking Russian oil plants and military sites. This makes it hard for Russia to make and move fuel.

Main Body

Ukraine hits special machines in the oil plants. These machines are hard to fix because other countries will not sell new parts to Russia. Now, Russia makes much less oil than last year.
