Introduction

NATO is changing its plans. The United States is giving less military help. Also, countries have different ideas about Russia.

Main Body

Sweden says Russia is a big danger. Sweden thinks Russia might start a war soon. Because of this, Sweden is spending more money on its army and planes.

At the same time, the United States is moving its ships and planes to Asia. Now, Europe and Canada must do more work. They need to provide more soldiers and equipment.

However, General Grynkewich says Russia does not want a war now. He says Russia is busy in Ukraine. Also, NATO is sending fewer soldiers to Kosovo.

Conclusion

Europe must now take more care of its own safety because the United States is moving its help to other places.
