Introduction

The UK stopped a Russian oil ship in the sea. At the same time, the UK government has new leaders for defence because of money problems.

Main Body

The UK stopped a ship called the 'Smyrtos'. Prime Minister Keir Starmer says Russia uses these ships to break rules. Russia is angry. Russia says the UK did this to hide problems with crime and immigration at home.
