⚡ Quick Look: Who is doing what?

In this story, we see people and their actions. To reach A2, you need to connect a person to an action clearly.

The Pattern: Person \rightarrow Action \rightarrow Thing

Examples from the text:

  • Leaders \rightarrow disagree \rightarrow rules
  • Chief Minister \rightarrow said \rightarrow mistake
  • Government \rightarrow stopped \rightarrow man

💡 Simple Word Tip

"Not fair" Instead of saying "The government is unfair" (which is harder), the text says "not fair."

Rule: Use not + simple word to describe a problem.

  • Not good
  • Not happy
  • Not fair

🚩 Time Marker

Notice the phrase "in 2019." When talking about the past, put the year at the end of the sentence to keep it simple:
