Problems After the Monaco Grand Prix

Introduction

Some Formula 1 teams are unhappy. They are asking the race leaders to change the results of the Monaco Grand Prix.

Main Body

The speed cameras in the pit lane did not work. Because of this, some drivers got penalties by mistake. The race leaders gave Pierre Gasly his third place back. But they did not do this for other drivers like Oscar Piastri and George Russell.

McLaren is angry. They say this is not fair. They are talking to the court now. Red Bull and Mercedes also want to change the results for their drivers.

Some people say the race leaders should take time away from the drivers' total race time. This would help drivers who served wrong penalties. But this is very difficult to do because there are no old rules for this.

Conclusion

The final results are not ready. The court must decide what is fair for all drivers.
