💸 Public vs. Private

In this text, we see two opposite ways to describe money:

  • Private → Money from one person or a company (not the government).
  • Public → Money from everyone (Taxpayers) \rightarrow The government's money.

🛠️ 'Still' (The Never-Ending Action)

Look at the end of the story. The author uses the word still. This tells us that an action started in the past and is not finished.

  • Workers are still building \rightarrow They started weeks ago, and they are working right now.
  • People are still arguing \rightarrow The fight started before, and it is continuing.
