考試將於 6 月 21 日在高度安保下舉行。法院將於 7 月再次對 NTA 進行審核。

🛑 Action Words (Past vs. Now)

In the text, we see how things changed. Look at these word pairs:

  • Stopped (Past) → Stop (Now)
  • Flew (Past) → Fly (Now)
  • Arrested (Past) → Arrest (Now)

The Secret Rule: Most words just need an -ed at the end to show they happened yesterday. But some are 'rebels' (Irregular).

Example from text:

  • Normal: The police arrested people. (Arrest + ed)
  • Rebel: Air Force planes flew papers. (Not 'flyed'!)

🧩 Word Building: "The Right to..."

Notice this phrase: "Education is a right."

In A2 English, you can use "[Noun] is a right" to talk about things everyone should have:

  • Water is a right.
  • Health is a right.
  • Safety is a right.
