Introduction

A court in Calcutta said no to a request about the new leader of the opposition in West Bengal. The TMC party is now split into two groups.

Main Body

The BJP won many seats in the last election. The TMC lost many seats. Now, 58 members of the TMC left the party. They joined Ritabrata Banerjee. The Speaker said Banerjee is now the leader of the opposition.
