Introduction

Taiwan is angry with Kenya. Kenya stopped Taiwan from joining a big meeting about the ocean in Mombasa.

台灣對肯亞感到憤怒。肯亞阻止台灣參加在蒙巴薩舉行的一場關於海洋的大型會議。

Main Body

Kenya stopped two people from Taiwan. The police took their phones and passports. They kept the people for a long time.

肯亞阻止了兩名台灣人進入。警方沒收了他們的手機與護照,並將他們扣留了很長時間。

Other people from Taiwan could not enter Kenya. Kenya took away their travel papers.

其他來自台灣的人也無法進入肯亞。肯亞沒收了他們的旅行證件。

Taiwan says China told Kenya to do this. Taiwan paid for a place at the meeting, but Kenya said no.

台灣表示,這是中國要求肯亞這樣做的。台灣支付了會議席位費用,但肯亞仍然拒絕。

Conclusion

Taiwan is still unhappy. They say China is forcing other countries to ignore Taiwan.
