Many people do not leave the EU after the government says they must go. Now, the EU will build special centers in other countries. The EU will send people to these centers first. The police can also take people's things and keep them in jail for two years.

Many politicians in the EU want these rules. They say it makes the EU safe. But some other people are angry. They say these rules are not fair and hurt human rights.

Countries like Germany and Greece want to start this by 2026. They might work with countries like Egypt or Tunisia. But this is hard to do. Other countries tried this before and it did not work.

Conclusion

The EU now has stricter rules for migration. They want to move the process to other countries, but some people disagree.
