Introduction
Police and a special group found that staff hurt adults at Muckamore Abbey Hospital in Northern Ireland.

Staff at the hospital were very mean for many years. They hit patients and did not give them good food or clean clothes. Some staff gave patients too much medicine to make them sleep.
