Secret Ships and Sea Fights

神秘船隻與海上衝突

Introduction

Some ships hide their names to move oil. This causes fights between different countries at sea.

有些船隻會隱藏名稱來運送石油,這導致不同國家在海上發生衝突。

Main Body

Russia and Iran use a 'shadow fleet'. These are secret ships. They change their flags and turn off their GPS. They do this to sell oil and hide from other countries.

俄羅斯與伊朗使用「影子船隊」。這些是秘密船隻。它們會更換國旗並關閉 GPS。它們這麼做是為了銷售石油並躲避其他國家的發現。

The US and UK want to stop these ships. The US attacked three ships near Oman. The UK stopped a ship with no flag. These countries want to follow the law.

美國與英國希望阻止這些船隻。美國在阿曼附近攻擊了三艘船。英國攔截了一艘沒有國旗的船。這些國家希望遵守法律。

Russian warships also help these oil ships. One time, a Russian warship and a British boat almost hit each other. The Russian ship fired shots. This shows that the sea is now a dangerous place.

俄羅斯軍艦也協助這些運油船。有一次,一艘俄羅斯軍艦與一艘英國船隻差點相撞。俄羅斯軍艦開了火。這表明海洋現在是一個危險的地方。

Conclusion

Secret ships help countries break the law. This makes the sea more dangerous for everyone.

秘密船隻幫助國家違法,這使得海洋對每個人來說都更加危險。

🚩 The 'Hidden' Action Pattern

Look at how the text describes things that are not obvious. This is a great way to move from A1 to A2 by using Action Words (verbs) and Describing Words (adjectives).

The Pattern: Secret \rightarrow Action

  • Secret ships \rightarrow hide their names
  • Secret ships \rightarrow change flags
  • Secret ships \rightarrow turn off GPS

💡 Simple Word Swap

Instead of saying "bad," the text uses a more specific A2 word: Dangerous.

  • The sea is now a dangerous place.
  • This makes the sea more dangerous for everyone.

Try this logic: If something is dangerous\text{dangerous} \rightarrow it is not safe\text{safe}.
