但有些事情很困難。許多國家不允許這些人擁有土地,他們也無法從銀行獲得貸款。這阻礙了他們生產更多食物。

Uganda is a good example. The government gives land to refugees. They teach people how to farm. This helps the refugees and the local people.

💡 The "Not Only / But Also" Logic

In the text, we see: "They do not only need help... [but they also make money]."

When you want to add a second, surprising piece of information, use this pattern:

Not only [Thing A] \rightarrow But also [Thing B]

Examples for you:

  • I not only speak English \rightarrow but also Spanish.
  • He is not only a doctor \rightarrow but also a teacher.

🛠️ Action Words (Verbs) for A2

Look at how the text uses simple words to describe big actions:

  1. Leave (to go away from a place) \rightarrow "people who leave their homes"
  2. Own (to have something legally) \rightarrow "do not let these people own land"
  3. Grow (to make something bigger or produce food) \rightarrow "growing more food"

Quick Tip: Use these words to talk about your own life: "I own a car" or "I want to grow my business."
