The US and Iran signed a paper. Now ships can move easily. Because of this, oil prices went down by 10% in one week.

Going Down ↓
- Went down → Oil prices became cheaper.
- Cheaper → It costs less money.
Going Up ↑
- Went up → Stock markets increased.
- Growth → The companies became bigger/better.
- More money → Higher profit.
No Change ↔
- Kept... the same → The bank did not change the interest rate.
Quick Rule: If you want to say something is higher, use UP. If you want to say something is lower, use DOWN.
