Introduction

Many countries celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2026. The main goal was to help old people stay healthy.

Main Body

The United Nations started this day in 2014. Now, many students in Nepal learn yoga at university. Nepal also has its own special yoga day.
