Consequently, this strategy has caused real economic damage, with the Russian Deputy Prime Minister admitting that oil production has fallen and about 40% of refineries have been damaged.

To maintain this pace, Ukraine uses the 'Brave1' marketplace and an 'ePoints' system to buy different types of drones. However, because drones are so effective, the operators have become primary targets for Russian forces. To protect these specialists, Ukrainian leaders are focusing on developing autonomous systems and moving command centers underground.
