Bedfordshire Police have started a murder inquiry after finding the bodies of a woman and two children at a home.

The incident began on Monday when police officers forced their way into a house on Carnoustie Drive, Great Denham, after reports that the residents had been missing for some time. Once inside, officers found three dead people, who were later identified as a mother and her two children.

事件始於週一，當時警方收到報告稱住戶已失蹤一段時間，於是強行進入位於 Great Denham, Carnoustie Drive 的一棟房屋。進入後，警員發現三具屍體，隨後確認為一名母親及其兩名孩子。

Regarding the search for a criminal, Bedfordshire Police have identified a specific suspect who previously knew the victims. Current information suggests that the suspect has already left the United Kingdom. Consequently, the investigation is now focusing on finding and arresting this individual while they are abroad.

To ensure public safety, Assistant Chief Constable John Murphy emphasized that there is no evidence of a wider risk to the community. However, the police have increased the number of officers patrolling the area to reassure local residents. Furthermore, the police have asked the public to provide any information about suspicious activities seen last Friday and Saturday to help with the investigation, known as Operation Snowdrift.

The investigation is still in its early stages, and police are currently focusing on formally identifying the victims and locating the suspect.
