Connor Murphy, a 32-year-old American fitness influencer, died on July 7 after drowning in Thailand. Local authorities are currently carrying out a forensic investigation to understand the events that led to his death.

Specifically, they found packets of Stablon, an antidepressant not approved in the U.S., along with insulin syringes and 'Falim' gum, which is popular in the 'looksmaxxing' community. Other unused syringes and unknown medicines were also found in a vehicle.
