Consequently, he suggests that because high-quality AI images are becoming common and cheap, users may find them boring and prefer real human content instead.

Furthermore, while Instagram wants to stop AI-driven spam, it continues to introduce new generative tools like Muse Spark. This has led to criticism from groups such as the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, which warns that these tools could be used for identity fraud and harassment.
