The Los Angeles Dodgers have scheduled a visit to the White House and Capitol Hill on July 23 to be recognized for their 2025 World Series championship.

The event was delayed because of scheduling problems. Although the team was in Washington D.C. in April to play the Nationals, a combination of day games and holidays made a formal ceremony impossible. This is the second year in a row that the team has been welcomed by President Donald Trump, and their third such visit in six years, including a trip in 2021 under President Joe Biden.
