The government of Haryana has updated its land record processes by introducing automated digital systems to make administration more efficient.

The main change involved moving old land records into a single digital system. This transition helped the government manage and reduce a large backlog of work; consequently, pending cases dropped from about 500,000 to 50,000 in just six months. To finish the remaining work, the administration gave local officials a ten-day deadline to clear all pending files.

主要的改變在於將舊有的土地紀錄整合到單一的數位系統中。這次轉型幫助政府管理並減少了大量的積壓工作；因此，待處理案件在短短六個月內從約 50 萬件下降至 5 萬件。為了完成剩餘工作，行政部門給予當地官員十天的期限來清除所有積壓檔案。

Furthermore, a new 'auto-mutation' system has changed how property owners handle their records. Now, when a property is registered, the system automatically updates the ownership record, which means citizens no longer need to submit separate applications. This synchronization is intended to prevent ownership disputes and reduce the need for people to visit government offices in person.

此外，一套全新的「自動變更」系統改變了業主處理紀錄的方式。現在當物業完成登記時，系統會自動更新所有權紀錄，這意味著公民不再需要提交單獨的申請。這種同步化旨在防止所有權爭議，並減少民眾親自前往政府辦公室的需求。

From a management perspective, officials now use real-time monitoring tools to track performance. Financial Commissioner Sumita Misra emphasized that these measures are part of a larger plan to modernize land governance, reduce manual paperwork, and protect property rights through better transparency.
