The fire was declared under control at 03:59, though the structural integrity of the ceiling was compromised, leading to a total collapse and the subsequent gutting of the interior. No casualties were reported as the premises were unoccupied during both events.

This dispute involved allegations of financial fraud and a violent confrontation in March 2024, during which Mr. Moslehi Roudi sustained internal injuries and a nasal fracture. While these prior hostilities establish a pattern of volatility at the location, authorities have not suggested a causal link between the former owners and the current arson attacks.
