At the same time, Mr. Palicha, who does not work for TCS, allegedly increased the victim's stress by blaming him for a divorce and filing police reports for theft and cheating.

Although the Pune investigation is still continuing, no one has been arrested yet.

Furthermore, the victim reported being pressured to resign under the threat of adverse performance evaluations. Parallel to these professional grievances, the victim's distress was allegedly exacerbated by Mr. Palicha, who is not affiliated with TCS. It is alleged that Palicha attributed his marital dissolution to the victim and subsequently initiated legal proceedings involving accusations of theft and cheating at the Hinjewadi police station.
